The Canadian SIH Conference will be held at The Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel Toronto, located in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood. The hotel offers a convenient setting surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, art, and cultural attractions. The Royal Ontario Museum and University of Toronto are just steps away, while the Royal Conservatory of Music, Gardiner Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, Philosopher’s Walk, and Village of Yorkville Park are all within easy walking distance, giving conference attendees plenty to explore before or after the conference.

Discounted rates are available, as follows:

$359.00 CAD per night. Rates are in Canadian dollars, per room, per night, non-commissionable, based on single or double occupancy, and subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 6% Municipal Accommodations Tax.

Getting to the Hotel

• Lester B. Pearson International (Toronto): 30-40 minutes from the airport.

• Billy Bishop (Toronto Island Airport): Located 15 minutes from the airport. Complimentary shuttle service is available between the ferry terminal and Union Station.

• University and Bloor Subway lines: The hotel is located just few steps away from the St.George Station (Bedford Avenue exit). If arriving at Union Station by train or shuttle, one can easily access the subway to the hotel.
