Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility:
All requests for refunds and cancellations of conference tickets must be submitted in writing to info@spinalcsfleakcanada.ca | Subject: SIH conference Refunds will be considered based on the following criteria:
Cancellation Periods:
Cancellations made up to March 17, 2027 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $5 administrative fee.
Cancellations made after March 17, 2027 will NOT be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy: A “No-show” will be considered as late cancellation and not eligible for a refund.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by Spinal CSF Leak Canada charity, registrants will be provided with a full refund of the ticket price. Spinal CSF Leak Canada will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (such as travel or accommodation). Registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets until they receive registration confirmation. Spinal CSF Leak Canada is not responsible for penalties incurred because of cancelled transportation costs.
Force Majeure: Spinal CSF Leak Canada shall not be liable for any refunds or cancellation fees in cases where the conference is cancelled, postponed, or altered due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving a valid refund request. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in your account.
